Project Development and Investment
- KECC assesses the project feasibility and economic viability of public and private infrastructure projects. We have been participating in the overall development process through project methods such as PMC, T/K, BTL and etc.
Consulting and Engineering Service
- Basic Design and Detailed Design: At the basic design stage, the basic direction and execution plan for the project are selected, and then the detailed design for the actual construction is carried out through detailed study and analysis work.
- ※ Affiliated Soil Testing Laboratory: An internationally accredited testing institute that conducts high-reliability soil testing and analysis assessment.
Construction / EPC
- Construction : Based on our industry-leading technology and trust, KECC carries out projects that include project site preparation, construction works, and facility maintenance.
- EPC(Engineering, Procurement & Construction) : This type of project encompasses all tasks involved in construction, including the design of environment and energy plant projects, supply of equipment and materials, and construction work. KECC is expanding its business area beyond the engineering design services to the EPC market.
PM / CM
- From the review of project feasibility and economic viability to the completion of facilities, all work is supervised and managed to ensure that the overall process of the project is properly carried out, and the responsible supervision such as technical assistance and completion inspection is performed.
O&M
- O&M stands for Operation & Maintenance, and it is responsible for facility operation such as commissioning and commercial operation from the EPC stage, and generates profits through continuous maintenance management.
